Own your future. Another world is Possible.

Welcome! Seeking out professional support to navigate current life hardships is a sign of your strength. And starting the counseling process with a psychologist often requires immense courage and vulnerability. It also demonstrates hope that your life can be different.

You deserve a warm and trusting therapy space with a genuine and non-judgmental therapist. You also deserve a therapeutic space in which you can feel seen in your entirety. Our lived experiences impact each of us differently, and it is important that you feel safe to be vulnerable to fully explore what is possible for your life.

Therapy can be a space of liberation from systems that stifle creativity, community, and growth, as well as from harmful life experiences. I would be honored to work with you on your journey to create the life and world that you want for yourself and for others.

I work collaboratively with my clients knowing that you are the expert on yourself and that my role is to support your growth. And part of our work together is to further nurture and develop those resources so that they can be confidently implemented.
